How Many Labels Do You Need?*
This will be the total quantity of labels that will complete your order, including all variations of the exact same size (example: 2000 of Copy A + 1500 of Copy B = 3500 Total). If you are quoting multiple sizes of labels, each size will need to be on its own quote. (TIP: Be sure to compare the pricing for larger quantities than you think you might need. You might find that by adding a few more labels to your order you can lower the price-per-label significantly.)

The Right Fit Makes All The Difference... Measuring a label is a little different from standard H x W measurements. Labels are measured as "across by around" - so if a label is two inches tall and wraps around a container by four inches, the label size would be expressed as 2 x 4. A good rule of thumb is to enter the smaller number in the first field.

A Splash of Color...
4-color CMYK process is the standard choice for digital printing and the basis for flexographic printing. If your material is foil or clear, you will also need to add white to the mix (becoming a 5-color project), but if your material is already white, you don't need to count it as a color. Submitting your project in anything other than CMYK can cause delays in processing your order, so be sure to submit in the right format for fastest service.

- White Semigloss Paper
  Most popular material. It’s bright, smooth and glossy. Suitable for all dry indoor applications.
- White Semigloss removable paper
  Engineered for superior smoothness and strength. White paper with an adhesive that allows easy removal from any surface the label is applied to.
- High Gloss
  A cast coated paper featuring a mirror finish; ideal for a wide variety of printing technologies.
- Clear Polypropylene
  A clear, general purpose with excellent ultimate adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene and glass. Well suited for small, cylindrical labeling and is glove friendly.
- Silver metallized paper
  Completely opaque. Suitable for all dry indoor applications. Engineered for flexibility and strength. Various metallic colors can be created.
- Bright Silver Metallized Paper
  A highly opaque, glossy white, designed with a print-receptive top coat and metallized backside. It is ideal for cover-up as well as other prime label applications.
- Bright Silver Metallized BOPP
  A very bright silver metallized featuring excellent printability and high gloss. Ideal for many prime label applications.
- Thermal Transfer
  Blank rolls that work with a variety of ribbon-based thermal printers. Requires a printer and thermal transfer ribbon specifically for that printer to print.
- Matte Fluorescent paper
  Other materials can be suggested according to customer’s applications.
What kind of top coat would you like for your labels?
- No laminate
- Gloss Laminate
  This is the most popular finishing. A gloss finish protects the ink from rubbing off or smearing. Best for indoor applications.
- Matte Laminate
  This laminate gives the label a flat, soft finish and protects the ink from rubbing off or smearing. Matte laminates can change the look of darker colors. Best used for indoor applications.
- UV Varnish
  This is a clear liquid coating, cheaper than laminates to enhance the shine, durability and looks of your labels.
